We reviewed your usage of our servers when a community member of ours alerted us of a user sharing a link to a website with our domain attached to it sharing topics that were not related to our services which violated our Terms of Services. We work close with all clients to ensure that their experience with us are positive taking in community input seriously to ensure we offer the best experience for many of our clients here. We do not tolerate crimes and the exposing of leaked DMs of a user not related to our service to be associated with our brand which violates our Terms of use. We were not made aware that any images were being made into maps when our team member that executed your ban discussed it with you. We apologize if that was the case however the contents of the site was something that should be associated with our brand. We are not a web hosting service so any content in it must be Minecraft related which your free trial server was created for. Since there were no clear sign of it being used for a Minecraft server and more as a standalone website, it would unfortunately violate our terms of services you agreed to when using our service. We will improve our handling of such a case like this and ensure that communication between our team and those we believed violated our rules will be made clear to ensure mistakes like violating our Terms of Services unknowingly aren't handled hastily.

We're sorry that we gave you a negative experience with us. Unfortunately we would find a user violating our TOS hosting a website that was not related to the service using a plugin to host a website (A service we do not offer as now) displaying very non-appropriate images and details that we do not want our brand to be associated with. We would terminate the Free Trial you had with us as it violated our Terms of Services. We apologize for not communicating better with you regarding the ban and termination of your free trial server. The plugin itself is allowed to be hosted with our services, however the contents in the website was unfortunately not related to the service which violated our Terms of Services. By using the service, you agreed to not violate it which unfortunately you did violate. We will definitely will review this situation and ensure there will be a better communication between both parties if a situation like this occur again ensuring proper steps are done before such actions would proceed.

We're sorry that you had a negative experience with us. We seek to always improve our services and have made efforts to ensure that downtimes like on our Dal-02 server will not happen again. Regarding communication, we do try to communicate with all our clients and answer their questions regarding the unexpected downtime through our communication channel on Discord. We're a small team so we apologize for not attending to your tickets and questions sooner as we were resolving the Dal-02 downtime. We do plan to expand our team in the future to ensure faster response time and will definitely improve our service to ensure you and other clients experience a better experience than what we have provided this week.

Hello, While we do advertise our hosting service on Reddit, we do not 'lure' nor spam our advertisements. You can easily ignore them and go for known hosts if that is what you wish. We do not self produce reviews. If you have time, you can easily speak with our community about their experience. We don't blame you for not trusting our host as it is still new. But we hope that you keep mutual respect for all parties involved. Reviews are made based off of actual experience; not out of spite for annoying you on reddit. Hello, We apologize for any inconvenience our panel may have caused for you, we have been having some DB issues recently, we never laughed off about any of our downtimes and are serious about our business. Our ram listed on our website is exactly what you paid for. Pterodactyl(The panel we use) allocates a docker container precisely the amount of ram we described on our website. As for the file uploads. We have a 100MB upload limit on our Web file manager, I am unsure what you mean by 10MB. There is also the option to use the SFTP protocol to connect to the server directly and that allows uploads/downloads of any sizes, type or amount. If you would please open a ticket, we can gladly assist you on this matter :)
