panel can be improved
Its ok but I disagree with the other guy saying theres "zero downtime" because the panel was down once. When I used them before, the panel website was giving a 500 server error. I couldn’t access the console but my server was still up. I could still play on server but I didn’t have access to my console or files for a couple hours. They need to have multiple copies of their panel and not a single point of failure if it goes down. Their panel is really plain tho and it looks generic like what other free hosters have. I miss features from other paid panels like seeing a list of online players and making permissions.

Hello, Thank you for your review! We actually used a load balancing for a few months for exactly the reason you mentioned above. We found that the system was too complex and caused major issues with our billing panel connecting and allocating servers to it. Unfortunately a few months ago, we experienced a big panel outage due to our database running out of space. We needed some time to set things back online and we performed some changes while we were down already. Notably, we switched to a 1 panel load balanced database solution. We now have multiple database machines located in the EU and US. We also restructured our panel databases to be separate from our Client's Database servers. As for the panel looking blend, we do agree that it doesn't look the best and doesn't have the best feature set in the market. Previously, we were running on a themed panel with some cool features, but adding multiple features unfortunately leads to things breaking when new panel updates roll out. We unfortunately do not have enough staff to complete all modifications all over again after each panel upgrade and hence we prefer to keep things simple for now. You can expect our panel to change as we grow. Thank you for sharing your experience, I do hope you are satisfied with the server performance as that is what our main focus is currently on.
