Panda Express at 2828 Figueroa St., Los Angeles CA. My experience has always been bad but to night was ridiculous and it was the manager who gave me the bad experience. First, she allowed two customers to not order and finally, I said something to one of the customers. Next, when it was my turn, the manager acted like she was in no hurry, taking a few minutes to even speak to me. I am trying to order but she takes her time. Then she walks away and another employee who does not speak is standing there quietly. The real question are the workers there racist. I am Black and all the workers seemed non-Black. I love Panda Express but workers are rude at several California locations. This locale is just the worst offender. I could be wrong but why the break down. The couple in front of me was Black and manager did not speak to them for awhile. Maybe I am blaming customers for the manager's rudeness and bias.

Very bad experience not 1 but 3 times food is good but the service they offer is not good in those 3 times I was at their door at 10:15 am when they are supposed to be open at 10 am and a guy inside just signaled at me with his hand go away, I'm taking about the one in Lafayette ca.

Went to the express in bernalillo. Had to wait for my order. As the young man walked out he was swinging my order like a 10 year old with his book bag. Half of our dinner was in the bottom of the bag. Have pics. Wasn’t even what I ordered.

I pick-up lunch for other employees in my office. I wanted to placed 3 orders in drive thru. Panda Express only lets you place 2 orders during rush hour. There was only 1 car behind me. So I just drove around to place my 3rd order ( I had employee credit cards). They screwed up my last order. I think it is because on my first round I said that is ridiculous that you won’t take my 3rd order. I will not go back

I had the worst experience today, 8-14-19 at the Panda Express at Farmington Station. I have been to 3 other locations and never had a problem. They were out of several dishes, chowmein, walnut shrimp, orange chicken, spring rolls, cheese wontons. So they wanted to put together my order and have me pay while the other food was prepared. (3 min, the the next thing 5 min, and the next 5 min) I said no, because I wanted a take out order. Finally the shrimp was done and chowmein, so I had them get my order ready. I paid and got my drink. It was another 30 minutes before the wontons were done and another 15 min for the spring rolls. Now the line was getting long and my food sat there while they helped other people. I went up and said wontons are ready before they were gone again and had to do the same thing when the spring rolls were done. When I got to my car I decided to eat some of the food. Wontons and spring rolls were good, but the shrimp was not very good and there were NO walnuts present. The customers were piling in and they could not keep up with the food preparations. I hope the shrimp was done so I don't get sick from it. I have enjoyed the food all of the other times, but I will never go to this location again!!

There was a cabbage worm in my food which suggests that they do not wash their food before cooking. Very unhygienic.

The atmosphere while my order was being taken wasn’t very friendly. No smiles on anyone’s face and I felt more as an inconvenience for making them do their job.? After I got my food the orange chicken wasn’t cooked throughly and I made sure I tried multiple pieces so it wasn’t just me. Im Almost positive I talked to the shift supervisor named Moneque. She handled the situation well but I still felt as if I was more of an inconvenience than anything. She checked the temperature of the chicken and the whole batch was not cooked throughly. I love panda and I love coming to enjoy dinner but recently the customer service hasn’t been anything to what it used to.
