I’ve always loved this place. But when I went to Maize road in Wichita, Kansas, the drive through girl was super rude. She read back my order incorrectly, sounded annoyed, and just showed a bad attitude. How rude. I work in a restaraunt and it is NEVER tolerated to act like that to a customer. She spit in my food for all I know. Fire her please, thanks! Only have four stars because the other employees and food are always great otherwise.

I visited the Panda Express on Bunker Hill and Katy Freeway in Houston and was surprised the workers did not know no matter whose hands the money is in it is Green. Money is only one color: GREEN. I walked in and they ignored me. As I was getting ready to walk out then they acknowledged I was there. There was not one single person working there of color. I will not be visiting again until they diversify their employees.

Today I called panda to ensure that my condiments and sauces would be included in the bag. Previously We have ordered and were missing items such as teriyaki sauce for chicken, sweet and sour sauce for ragoons, and so forth. When I called the last time the nice manager advised me to call the next time I place an Uber eats order and the staff will make sure all necessary items are included in the bag. So this time when we ordered we made sure to call once i placed the order with Uber Eats. The young lady that I got on the phone assured me that she would make sure the everything was included. When the order arrived we discovered there was no teriyaki sauce to go with the 3 orders of teriyaki chicken that we ordered, the sweet and sour and plum sauce that I requested. My kids ages 5 & 6 had their tonsils and adenoids removed on Tuesday and are just now able to eat things like soft chicken. Panda is what they requested as their first real meal. When I called I asked to speak with a manager and Louise came to the phone. I explained to him what had happened and that I had called earlier to try and avoid this. He then told me to screenshot where i asked for these items. I then reiterated that I had called following instructions from another manager. He then went on to try and tell me why it was my fault and not his. Not 1 time did he apologize for the inconvenience, or attempt to make my order right. I tried to explain that my kids will not eat the chicken without it, he talked over me the entire time. I then asked to speak with another manager and he stated there was no one else. I advised him I would contact corporate and he said, "go ahead, good, goodbye." When I called back I got the sweet young lady that I had previously spoken with today. she tried to get Louise back on the phone and he refused to come to the phone. He continued to attempt to argue with me through the young lady on the phone. She didn't know what to do so I just told her it was ok and that i would send my husband up there to get sauce because my kids wont eat it without it. How is it that we spent 48.00 and we are wrong? My husband had to come all the way up there for items that I had previously tried to make sure would be included in our order. When my husband arrive Louise would not come to the register. The young lady whom i had spoken with apologized to my husband since Louise did not. This experience was awful. I am a training and development manger by profession and I train in customer service. There were so many things wrong with the customer service provided to me and my family on today. We have been going to this panda faithfully for almost 3 years, and we order from here at least 3 times a month. Sometime we stop in on our way home or we use uber eats. I am so disgusted with this experience that we will now go out of our way and got to the Loganville location from now on.

Visited the Panda Express in Racine Wi several times and have consistently been disappointed. I really like thier food, but most times they don't have the dishes ready so you have to wait a really long time for your order. This place just can't get their act together. Last time we tried there they were out of drinks and had no water! But you didn't find this out until you were at the register.

I went to the Panda Express located at Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St PETERS Missouri and I experienced disrespect. There is an employee named Teresa who criticized me for not donating to Children’s Hospital. She also laughed and taunted me for not doing so and said, “you’re not helping the little kids” Sincerely disappointed ppl

My husband picked up dinner at the Oregon City Or. 97045 location and I must say I do not think I have ever had a worse meal from anywhere. Food was old, cold tough and completely unedible ....ordered the walnut shrimp with orange chicken the shrimp was dark brown and very difficult to even chew as was the chicken(not to mention a strange-looking ball of some sort of meat on the opposite all my other food I did not attempt to eat it since I had no idea what it was or no idea even what kind of meat it was..since I am highly allergic to red meats this could have sent me to the hospital ) and then there were the eggrolls they were ice cold and again hard and tasted awful, I regret even trying to bite into this so-called eggroll ...... COMPLETE GARBAGE .....and good money wasted..thinking of eating there ...PLEASE THINK AGAIN

And the battle keeps rolling on! Almost a year to the date (10/20/18), I am still sadly writing you about the level of service at the Panda Express location - 6152 W 95th Street, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. I purchased a Panda Bowl (Chow Mein w/Beijing Beef). I just had an inclination to check the content of the bowl before fully exiting the drive-thru. There was a ton of Chow Mein and approximately 5 small pieces of Beijing Beef with onions. I went back through the drive-thru and returned the food. Oh, I know when I say this, you probably won't believe me. But, Panda Express on 95th Street in Oak Lawn has 2 problems: 1.) no pride in brand/product and 2.) they under serve people of color. Yes, I said it and it's out there now. I would like to challenge you to review your security tapes and see the disparaging level of service toward people of color.
