34th and 8th in nyc. I would like to compliment the staff. The young lady who served the food was very helpful and quick unlike most in this industry. I ordered the kung poi chicken. She immediately advised me that it's very spicy. I thought that was very smart and I appreciated it. We need more people like her working in the service industry. To some, her suggestion may be minor. She's a true team player in every sense of the word and a good representation for the brand... .its the small things that matter.... I can see her in a Management position...

Ordered last night at 6 for collection at 7:30. After waiting till 7:50 I realised I forgot to order crackers, asked to buy some but don't take card. (Bit gutted but ok) THEN I get home with my Chinese and the pancake roll was battered ?! Never known a pancake roll to be battered. Chips were soggy and stuck to the paper they were wrapped in, also tasted like feet. Smallest amount of sweet and sour sauce. Chowmein would have been okay if I had prawn crackers and more sweet and sour sauce but nope. Anyway I can't tell you how the pancake roll tasted because the chips had put me off and wasn't in the mood for eating anything now as I had been so excited for a Chinese and left very disappointed.

Checkout clerk at Cincinnati airport would not give me a cup of water with my order I started choking in the king pal chicken and had to run down the concourse to find a water fountain
