Visited the Panda Express at 4208 HWY 360 Fort Worth Tx last night. This had to be the worst food that I tasted. The kung Pao Ckn and no flavor and was very bland. The Chow Mein I think that they served me from the bottom of the barrel on that cause all the pieces of noodles were in little pieces. The mushroom chicken had more squash than anything. just a very Horrible experience, tried to contact the store with the number on the receipt and no answerer-go figure. To top it all off the portion sizes were so small that my 2 year old could have eaten it, well maybe not it was so nasty. I would like to have my money back or a credit maybe sometime next year when the service and the food maybe better.

Done with this place. I swore I'd never eat there again over a year ago...but, family said the one in Arlington, Texas, was better. It wasn't. Don't know why they think this is Asian food. Over fried and tough chicken...messed up and left off items. When we called, we were told they'd get the order right out. That was an out-an-out lie. So sick of ppl who don't care about their work ethics. Message to any out there who want to do more...be the best as whatever you do....ppl will take notice. Slackers and whinny poops...get out of the workforce and let you parents take care of you.

Panda keeps skimping on my orders. I ordered mushroom chicken and got like maybe a half a scoop, didn’t find out until I got home because you can’t go inside right now. They should call it squash and chicken because there’s no mushrooms in it just slices of squash and barely any chicken. Their service sucks too, it takes them 10 to 15 mins to get your order together, even when the food is ready in the friggin bins, they need to go to McDonald’s for some training in efficiency. I love Panda Express! Even though I only go about five or six times a year, they don't change. They always get my order right. I think they are totally great. I have always loved they're honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. Even though I am only thirteen, that doesn't mean I can't love it. We arrived at Panda Express in League City 153 N. FM 270 ROAD and somebody else had picked up our order instead of theirs. My daughter told the employees there and asked for either our money back or the food but they would not do either. They told us they had to call the manager, then ignored her and went about their business for the next 30 minutes. At that point I went in and complained pretty loudly. Thus they finally decided to give us the food. Unfortunately when we checked the food, the two orders of teriyaki chicken were missing the teriyaki sauce (it was just grilled chicken). I went back in and asked for sauce but they said they were out. I then asked for the money back again but they said that since we paid online, they would not refund us. I don’t like grilled chicken. I gave it to our dogs. We had also ordered one order of shrimp ($5.75). It came in a microscopic container that was only half filled. I counted 4 shrimps in it. I will make sure to contact my credit card company and see if I can dispute the charge. Do not go to this store!!!

The pepper Angus was tuff and fatty and couldn't eat the Angus and no flavor throughout the whole meal,bland

Just ordered lunch at Panda Exprrss on 35 in New Braunfels Tx. When I got home I opened our order and very disappointed. It seems like they ran out of food. The order was not filled correctly, received no condiments especially I requested when ordering. No hot sauce. Sweet sour sauce, no suey sauce, not even fortune cookies This is the second time I went there and they messed up that order too. Will be going else where it seem like help just don't care.

My partner and I went and did drive-thru service because inside was closed due to COVID-19. They had a limited menu. Only “popular items” were available. We were told they were out of mostly everything. We got 2 plates and sides. We politely requested that the broccoli beef be sure to have actual meat this time. (We came home from a previous visit and saw it had 2 pieces of beef). I hate complaining, but this was needed. I’m tired of businesses getting over on me and my money. When we visit, we experience an issue with our portions and freshness. This was worth a compliant! Whoever prepared our food, slickly, covered both sides with orange chicken and put the smallest amount of broccoli beef ontop after we addressed this! They tried to make it appear as if we actually got the portions we were supposed to get, but not even close. A deceiving way to do business! I got 4 pieces of honey shrimp with fried rice and noodles. $8?! I don’t think so. They also forgot to put my veggies in the bag and we had to ask them. They forgot our sauces for the cheese rangoons, napkins, etc. When we got home, we saw our plates. Very disappointed in quality and lack of customer service! I hate spending my money at places like this. Panda Express needs to remember why their in business and think about their customers. Terrible experience.
