after ordering online they said our order would be ready in a hour and a half.we went to pick it up and was told we needed to wait out side on the sidewalk next to a four lane road to hear your name called out only once and hope you hear it and after 45 minutes of waiting after our pick up time got our food. but as we waited people who just walked up to order got there food with in 5 -6 minutes we sawat least ten people walk up and got there food so quick so this whole peopleshould order online to keep social distance is so b.s. for this restaurant and then they want you to do a survey that was a joke website would not work and then tried to just contact them on there website would only let you use about 50 letters what a joke I hope the just go bankrupt I will never ever goback

PRICE GOUGERS! DONT USE THIS RESTAURANT. READ THIS! This is how Panda Express is doing their part during the corona virus. I went online to order, they want ALL of my personal information, name,address,email,phone, card info ALL my personal info to pick up food. I called to ask if I could call in my order so I dont have to risk getting robbed by scammers. Girl worker said "sure, no problem" i placed my order $23.00 for the family size which is what I always pay. I went to pick it up she said "$49.00! What? she said "sorry our discount only applies if you order online because we have a third party (to whom they sell all of that personal info to) that offers that discount. What discount? The price for that meal has always been $23.00. SHAME ON YOU FOR DOUBLING THE PRICE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS DISASTROUS TIME.

Don't go there if you are allergic to shell fish. They tried to kill me today by messing up my order. The box was filled with shrimp, and they were covered in vegetables. Not cool guys. Last time I'll be back.

I had a order on doordash that cost me $25.86 I received an order for $11.34 my credit card was hit for $25.86 I couldn't make any comment or complain on doordash or the store this was my first time I ordered from this restaurant doordash and panda express let me down and because both could not be reached I was upset. I do understand right now due to covid 19 it's a hard time but there must be ways to correct mistakes!

Last time I went to panda express in Gainesville Texas they did not give us our chicken with our order. I had a receipt to prove I ordered more than just rice. They never fixed that. Today I ordered from them again and all though my order was correct on the screen I did not receive half my order in my bag and what was in my bag was not even close to what I ordered. My receipt os perfect and has everything correct however my physical meal is not. And the girl at the window was very rude and snarky. We are done with panda express. No more business from us. Every time I order the chicken teriyaki meal you guys forget to put the teriyaki sauce with. This has happened on numerous occasion's. Absolutely no reason for this to happen more than once. Even in the notes it says don't forget the sauce do you people even read the notes. Or care.

I went through front desk to order my food.but it was the wrong order they gave me, I asked the manager to please change my order for the right one, in stead he told me that I shouldn't go buy food at there if I wasn't happy . I felt upset to hear that, and being treated that way in front of the others Costumers.
