Panda ExpressReviews of pandaexpress.com

Worst experience experience. I just hate the way they treat the customer, very rude.. Serving portion was so less, when asked the person is weighing the food in the scale, which was never experienced with any fast food joint. Living in Dublin,CA for more than a decade. I has this bad experience in the amador Valley, Dublin California.

I would give them a negative star if I could. I ordered my food online for pick up in the store at 7:00. I got here and was told I’d need to wait in the drive thru to pick up my order. The lobby is normally open so I don’t quite understand that. Not to mention the online app said you make sure I wear my mask when I go in to grab my food. There were 10 cars in front of me and I’ve been waiting now for 37 minutes. My food is literally going to be cold when I get it and this is bull crap!

If I could go in the negatives with this review I would, So basically my brother recommended me this horrendous, repugnant, trite place of a restaurant. I've ordered Fried Rice with Tangerine Chicken and Noodles. The Noodles are completely stale, trash and Very blah. The Rice is almost unnoticeable, When ordering the rice from this place, Its a very small amount for some reason. Reminder, This COST $30s. The Tangerine was decent but the food is very overpriced. Do not Recommend, better off ordering Chick Fil A, Way Better.

I bought my food at drive through and I go back to claim my eggs rolls that they didnt give me and said they couldn't give them to me because I didn't call right after and let them know..so I didn't get them...such bad customer service..really, your not gonna give me my eggs rolls...wow..so scanless..this is the panda on mission Ave in oceanside...and the lady was snoty about it...I hope I never go back....

The owners must view the buying public as dumber than a fence post. I ask for Kung pao chicken. I got a table spoon of it. It was very good. They insisted I choose between rice & noodles. Which I did not want. Choose noodles. Gave me a pound of it. Fill this nit wit full of tasteless carbs, he won’t notice. I did, it sucks! I’m out

This is concerning the Olathe location at strang line and 119th Street. I just want to put on notice that the employees at this particular place are very demanding short and nasty people. And it's not that they are singling anyone out, they treat everyone with disrespect and malice. Thinking that everyone is coming in there with some kind of attitude and it's because they are all little b1tches in there. I have personally heard the manager talking very short and demanding to other employees. It is just the way these people are in there. They do not have any respect for anyone.

Went into the Panda Express, Los Posas, Camarillo, CA store on 4-15-21. The manager (female) refused to take my survey discount $1.50 and let me checkout and take my order. She was "curt", unfriendly, and nasty to me. She refused to serve me and and wouldn't let me take or pay for my food, which was ridiculous. If I was the owner, I would fire her on the spot! She lost $250.00 per month of food orders that I give to Panda Express, FOREVER! I will never go back to Panda Express....There are plenty of other food restaurant, not to have to put up with such foul and stupid behavior....all for a lousy $1.50 discount.

Recently I placed a order for delivery In the Panda Express In North Myrtle Beach, SC. Approximately an hour went by and still my order had not been delivered. Sometime later I got a phone call from a person that barely spoke English asking if my order was a pick up or a delivery. I said delivery but if the food had sat there this long I didn't want it. I was assured that the food was freshly prepared. When it arrived it was cold and things were stuck together and absolutely not edible. The only thing they were concerned with was making the sale. Save yourself the aggravation and money and place your order elsewhere.
