Panda DrumReviews of pandadrum.com

The best aspect of acquiring my Panda Drum apart from actually receiving it was/is the customer service. The communication is prompt, kind, attentive, and very helpful. I am only a beginner but even so, playing my drum evokes a serenity and quiet happiness that are both so necessary in our world today. I look forward to becoming proficient at creating music with my Panda Drum!

Researched many drum companies and decided to order the Panda Drum Pro as their shipping said ships from within the USA with 4 to 9 days delivery. None of this was true as I was sent tracking information showing it’s coming from China and delivery date is almost 1 month. I am not happy so I contacted the company and received a lame email response with no resolve. Had I known this drum was coming from China and would take this long I would never have ordered from them at all. Their shipping information is untrue in where and when you receive this. I do not recommend this company at all. Update: I was just woken up in the middle of the night at almost 12:30am to a phone call, a voice message and then a text message after this company read my review. They were not apologetic for waking me but proceeded to argue back and forth for over 20 text messages sent by them and denying I got my tracking information directly from them. I asked him to stop texting but they went on he then said I could just cancel my order even though they stated it had shipped already so I was forced to agree to cancelling just to stop this insanity. All I wanted was a Tongue Drum advertised on their site that it shipped from the US in 4 to 9 days so no drum and no sleep….just a sad shocking experience that ended after 1:00am in the morning! FINAL UPDATE: After I posted my update regarding this person by the name of MARK’s behavior he read it and within minutes he proceeded yet again to text me non stop even though I reminded him it was the middle of the night and to stop texting me he would not. His response here is not what transpired at all. I sent him screenshots showing that my tracking information came from their own email confirmation plus I used an international tracking to double check. From 12:16am I received a total of 1 phone call, 1 voicemail and 27 text messages all by him where he repeatedly harassed and gave me the option to cancel my order and in order to stop these texts I finally agreed to cancel and shut my phone off after the 27th text. I have sent a formal complaint in an email to this company as I am shocked any company would have an employee behave this way towards a customer in the middle of the night. I had no other option but to agree to cancel my order to get these texts to stop even though he said it had already been shipped but their own tracking shows it’s still sitting in China. As I stated before their website said this was being shipped from within the USA delivered within 4 to 9 days and not from China. I feel it’s important for customers to read what I was put through and that his response was not how he behaved at all. All I wanted was a Tongue Drum shipped as they stated from within the US and ended up with this nightmare in the middle of the night. I tried to find out who owned this company to file a formal complaint as I felt they needed to be aware how customers were being harassed but could not find any information so I sent a follow up to another employee informing them of what transpired in the middle of the night from 12:16am to 1:35am and I also saved screenshots of every single text he sent! Shocking experience all around for any customer in the middle of the night!

Fun drum, easy to use, good quality.

I bought a Panda Drum for our autistic grandson and his sister. They LOVE IT!!! Then we received another one with someone else’s name on it but our address. After contacting the company and having some lovely exchanges they gifted it to my 96yr old mother on Hospice. It would make a wonderful addition for nursing homes and Hospice music therapy. I can’t say enough good about this company.

I ordered one for my self and loved it. So I then ordered one for my Son’s family and one for my Daughters family. My Daughter in law says she’s obsessed with it she loves it so much. My daughter loves it also, she says she’s obsessed with loves the sound and she doesn’t mind her two boys drumming on it and learning to play it. Also, the company is very attentive and quick to answer any questions I had.

What made my experience GREAT was the fact that EVERY time I emailed customer service with a concern, they replied back to me immediately. I was completely satisfied with the way that my concerns were handled....

My Panda Drum was a Xmas gift to my daughter. She’s 60 years old and has started going to drumming get togethers. She loves it. I wanted her to be happy with her present. She was more than happy ! She just burst into tears and cried. It was the best gift I could ever have given. Thank you, Panda Drum 🥰

I purchased 3 Panda Drums as Christmas gifts and one of the bamboo sticks broke Christmas Day. I reached out by email and by the next morning, the company representative replied a new set of sticks was on its way! Now, that is good business practice and not always followed anymore!
