This is what I wrote to some of my friends here in Hawaii and in Mainland USA about my new purchase of this magical Panda Drum: “Often times we would have doubts about whether a company with overwhelming advertisement could actually deliver quality products with matching customer services. My experience with Panda Drum exceeds my expectations a thousand times!”. Not only is the Panda Drum a higher grade product among its competitors, I have also learned from my recent experience dealing with the customer service at Panda Drum that it has surpassed the basic conscientiousness and professionalism. The genuine caring and thoughtfulness are above and beyond what I had expected from a company. It is rare and precious. That’s when I realized this Panda Drum company has committed to providing high caliber of customer care parallel to the top quality of its products. One thing I need to forewarn potential customers of the Panda Drum is the shipping time. I found out Panda Drum has a US warehouse, and most orders are shipped domestically. But in case the item has to be fulfilled from its international warehouse, the wait time could be as long as 10+ days for Mainland USA destinations (I live in Hawaii so it took a few extra dates). My Panda Drum Pro was being shipped from China so understandably there were lots of logistics to go through including Customs. But I assure you it is 💯% worth your wait. That’s how I felt when I received my package of this beautiful gorgeous steel tongue drum! Btw, the ending song 《Carrying You》from animation master Hayao Miyazaki’s《Castle In The Sky》is the best music to showcase this magical Panda Drum. It is so ethereal: spiritual, meditative, and out of this world! Players and listeners will feel they are in Heaven! So just think about it as your next gift to yourself or your loved ones.

I have been unable to return the drum I purchased. I daily receive emails that it will be delivered the next day. My Post office says it is sitting in your post office! I have not received a refund and although Diane has been very kind in customer service now no one is getting back to me:( it was returned on 6/6/25 Order number CP6034556 Updated review: As of this morning July3 I am happy to say that Diane at Panda Drum Customer Service reached out that there was a mix up (which does happen) and the returned drum has been found! Thank you Diane for expediting this matter. Panda Drum does stand behind their products! I am amending my review and Panda Drum will be sending my refund!

As a person that has experienced trauma and addiction this drum has provided an intricate part to my recovery journey and a pleasant addition to achieving tranquility and mindfulness. AND IT’S JUST PLAIN FUUUNNNN!!!!!

It all started in early May when I thought I had screwed up my ofder for a Panda Drum. Diane was quick to respond and set me at ease. Before I knew it, my drum arrived. It was more beautiful than I expected. I am really grateful to Diane for helping me. I hope I get much joy from this drum. 5 stars for the product and 10 stars for the customer service. Thank you for all you did for me.

I ordered the white Panda Drum with the beige strap. Delivery was fairly quick & it arrived with a gray strap. I contacted customer service & Diane was AMAZING! She is letting me keep the gray strap & a refund, then will send me a beige strap. Simply AMAZING!!! Diane was so responsive over the phone & emails. I am a Massage Therapist & want to incorporate this drum into my sound healing/massage sessions. I take the drum down to the river. What a beautiful sound. My experience with Panda Drum is top knotch. I highly recommend this company & Diane is a GEM!!!!
