This software is so buggy. Im not sure how this company is still around. The idea is great but poorly executed. I hate them. They cost me so much in time. Oh yea and way overpriced for what they offer.

Avoid this company. They charged me for 12 months without my knowledge. When I got in touch with their customer service, they stated that due to their billing policy they could not issue a refund even though I had not used their service or signed in to their website? They would have charged me indefinitely if I did not spot it coming out of my account. In response to their review and as explained to PandaDoc via correspondence, I cancelled my website along with my domain as it was hacked. This refused me access to my Company email. I did not see emails as I had no access to them? PandaDoc took 12 months of fees without cancelling. I was subscribed to 3 other services with my business email and they all cancelled after 2 months of me not using their service. PandaDoc would have charged me indefinitely, customer service was useless and they refused refunds. Scam. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Far better alternatives on the market.

I used to LOVE PandaDoc - it was so easy to use; you could jump on and easily accomplish tasks without even using the tutorial. Then they "updated" the product and now it is a pain. They removed the ability to duplicate proposals, so I have to rebuild; their templates are difficult to modify and optional line items are no longer easy to delineate, and I keep losing what I do build because the 'save' feature does not work the way it used to. Customer Service is absolutely no help - while they answer quickly, I find that the actual 'help' part is short of useful (no suggestions or hints). I am better off just using a Microsoft Word document - so I will be ending my 7-year relationship with PandaDoc.

I generally never leave bad reviews but I feel its only necessary to warn people. PandaDoc is not the solution for small or medium sized businesses who need flexible pricing options to grow with their business. They locked me into annual pricing, initially I didn't mind because the software worked well. BUT...when I needed to add another user for a few months it required a lot of back and forth to simply add a new user. When I went to remove the user who was no longer in that role, they told me I had to pay for 9 more months even though I was no longer using the seat. Like others who have left reviews, I am now spending time on multiple email back and forth escalating to various team members because no one at PandaDoc actually has to ability to make things right on their own. I would have never started with PandaDoc if I knew that upgrading and downgrading and adding and removing users was going to result in locked in pricing and terrible customer service that takes time away from my business.

Our experience with this company has been less than professional to say the least. For example - they originally had QuoteRoller and wanted people to transfer to Pandadoc. We used QuoteRoller for 8 years (loyal customers and can show receipts to prove it) and then out of the blue we were told we HAD to transfer to Pandadoc. We tried Pandadoc - what a mess. Client services were poor, no response, no assistance, and just to add salt to the wound - THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE BALANCE OF OUR SUBSCRIPTION FROM QUOTE ROLLER. No response to any emails. So bad, so sad. Avoid this company.

PandaDoc is a decent product when it works. When it does not work, don't expect to get a timely response, and don't expect their team to proactively coordinate to solve your issue. They will push you to submit a bug ticket for every incidence of an issue, even when there is a clear, repeated pattern that there is a larger problem or outage. Their team will not go out of their way to help, they don't take any visible responsibility for coordinating a response, and they don't provide clarity in to when you can expect resolution. If you press them for support or solutions, they make excuses about the challenges around finding and fixing unidentified bugs, and you might even provoke an unprofessional response if you are persistent in getting answers. Frankly, I wouldn't really recommend them.

Everything costs extra. "Approval Feature" included BUT.. only in the yearly plan. "Automations" included BUT.. not triggering a signature, only in Enterprise. "Affliate" yes, BUT.. only for yearly subscribers. They try to squeeze everything out of their customers. I am really looking forward to cancel PandaDoc when there's an alternative.

WOW!!!! Terrible customer service. We signed up for the Essentials package and they have been double charging us for 7 months. Somewhere during that time they changed our plan without our consent and now we're being billed 2x as much and then continued to charged us twice a month. I've been trying to get this resolved for months and the agents do not seem to understand English well. Needless to say they are not giving us the refund it should be....which now is in the hundreds of dollars and it's been a huge waste of time. Their service is not worth it. I'm now having to get this resolved through the bank and looking for an alternative to PandaDocs...never never again...OMG
