We have worked using PandaDocs for 3 years. I've just been notified that my cost is going to increase by 500%. We send out school registers using PandaDocs and Zapier. Moving forward, they want to charge us $2 per document—on top of the $600 a year we are paying them! This is an outrageous price increase, especially for a not-for-profit. So disappointed as we used their service everyday, but these price hikes are terrible. I can't believe they are doing this to a loyal customer. Just to be clear, the price is changing from $600 to $3100 for the exact same service.

In general I really love the program. It is somewhat difficult to make edits and adjustments in many areas though. It has limited abilities in the presentation area.

It's always very easy to navigate the platform, to upload and edit documents before being emailed to a customer.

IT MAKES ME COMPLECATED TO SEND 2 DIFFERENT DOCUMENTS FOR SPOUSES TO THE SAME EMAIL. I NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH ANOTHER PROVIDERS. PLEASE IMPROVE IT. THANKS

I love Pandadoc! It's easy to use, reliable and well priced!

The product has many relevant features but a very well laid out and intuitive user interface.

Its a great service. I have been a client for 4 years at a good rate for me. However, they more than doubled my starter package without warning. I was paying yearly and only used a few small features for one user. I tried to negotiate with accounts to come to a resolution. There was not much I could do. Be aware the essentials pack is only $19 USD per month if you pay upfront for the year. If you pay monthly it is $35 USD. I would suggest make a lite plan for a few features for a single user at a better price and you would not lose business.
