Beware they'll steal your money then pretend it was your fault
I have an Essentials plan with Pandadoc, it's so limited I ended up using a different system to send me contracts to be signed. I signed up on the 19th March, rec'd invoice telling me renewal was 35usd on the 19th April. I haven't visited the site in over a week then today they, without me being either notified or approving, tried to take over 1000 USD from my account without my authorisation. They're telling me I upgraded this morning to an Enterprise plan ??? and they'd sent me invoices. I have nothing from them except one email the day i signed up telling me they'd upgraded me for FREE for 14 days - didn't say what plan I was upgraded to, nothing about costs, nada. Now they won't admit fault just keep telling me it's my fault! I have reported them to Trading standards, my bank has blocked them and I've deleted everything personal from them. DO NOT USE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Stay away! This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent. A substantial amount of money was stolen without my consent. I requested an update regarding the refund of my money. My requests for updates regarding this matter were ignored for five days. I reported the company for fraud, and only then did they respond. My bank handled this situation promptly. PandaDoc then asked for my new bank details, which appeared fraudulent. I would not have left this review if I received a genuine apology for inconveniencing my time and money or provided a legitimate reason for the delayed responses.

Great Platform Easy to Use and Visibly Appealing
Great system and very easy to use. I do wish the text option was free instead of an "upgrade". Everything is an upgrade nowadays.
