I bought a panama from these folks in 2015 and it was a most wonderful hat! It came in a very cool box and I was perfectly satisfied with it. Unfortunately, ( this is true, not a homework story ) my dog ate it!!!! Now I live in England where Panamas aren't able to be worn much. But I will always think of that hat with affection, unlike the dog.

Measured my head, was sent the wrong sized hat. They said they would replace if I paid $30.00 to ship it back. I stuffed some foam in the brim and vowed never to buy anything from them again.

Service was great. Kept in touch regularly letting me know every step in the process. Very much appreciated!! Then I received my hat, I was so excited opening up the box...... then there it was MY PANAMA!!! I took it out of the box and put it on and went for a walk. By the time I returned home, the brim was wavy all around the brim..... and unfortunately it still is. I can't not get it to flatten out.... do you have any suggestions?
