When I purchased my hat, I was about 4 weeks away from going on holidays. I really wanted to have my hat by then, but I knew it may not be received in time. So I wrote an email and the response was quick. I was told that they would speed up the order, prepare it immediately and send it off as soon as they could, but there was no guarantee that the postage service would get it to Australia in time. Nevertheless, I went ahead with the purchase. Before I knew it, the hat had arrived in record time! I was so happy. I love my hat. Thank you for the great service.

Customer service has been outstanding. I've called the owner Casey directly and he's answered the phone himself! Delivery times have always been as promised. I've bought five Montecristi hats from Panama Hats Direct, including two Super fino for over $500 each, and I've been delighted with every one of them. I've even bought a collection of grosgrain hatbands to interchange on my Panama hats. I've comparison shopped in New York, London and Chicago, and the hats I've bought at Panama Hats Direct have been less than half the prices of comparable Montecristi hats in these cities.
