This summer I got my fourth hat from Panama Hat's Direct. Every aspect of these transactions - ordering, updates on production, shipping and the final product - has been superb. I highly recommend this company to anyone who appreciates great craftsmanship, quality and customer service.

I was thrilled with my first, new authentic Panama Hat from Panama Hats Direct. The quality was fantastic, the fit perfect and they delivered exactly what I ordered. They communicated regularly on the status of my order and when it was ready to ship. I already have my next style picked out and plan to order again. If you are a hat lover, and appreciate a quality handwoven chapeau, the styles and variety of brims and weaves are exceptional.

I give Panama Hats Direct 5 stars for product and customer service. The fine weave of my hats is impressive in its appearance and quality. (I have ordered 2 Hats from them) On a recent trip to Savannah I was stopped on the street by a gentleman asking where I purchased my hat. He said he had several and really liked the look of my Panama Hat. When I had a question about my second hat I emailed the company and received a response the same day. Patience is needed because it takes a little time for the hat to arrive from Ecuador I believe. But for me it was worth the wait.

I've purchase one hat and was very pleased. I've had the hat now for 6 years, and it's in excellent condition.

Bought my first Panama from PHD and it was easy and exciting and prices are very fair. I Checked out their different hat styles on line and called them. Very helpful and knowledgeable on Ecuadorian straw hats. When my hat arrived it was perfect and exactly what i was looking for. I will definitely buy my next hat from them. Thanks Guys!
