Great experience. Order your hat at least 4 weeks before you plan to wear it to allow time for finishing and shipping. It was delivered as promised on time. Quality of product and fit exceeded expectations. I purchased a model on sale, carefully check the website for bargains in your size. Make sure you use the tool for determining hat size and follow the instructions. Any questions you have will be cheerfully and promptly addressed if you send it by email. Strongly recommended.

I purchased my Panama hat a number of years ago. Excellent quality. I receive comments every time I wear my Panama hat. I have looked at comparable hats in the United States and in South America, however cannot match quality for the price I paid for my hat. I also purchased extra coloured hatbands so I change my hat to suit my outfits. Would highly recommend company if you are in the market for a stylish quality made Panama hat.

Fits well, looks well, well made. I own a couple of hats from panama hats direct and I've never been dissatisfied. I also like the fact that buying from them supports a dying and historical art. Having a hand made panama from Ecuador is the gold standard. They're well priced too, I see hats on other sites that are marked uped and made in Italy; I think to myself, that's not authentic! Anyway, this is a great business.
