Cant give you 5 because: I haven't seen the hat yet, although I'm sure its good. I asked for it to be sent directly to New Zealand, not via USA. It was send via USA.

I bought a hat with very fine fibers
I bought a hat with very fine fibers. Delivery took a while (hand made for me, I suppose), communication in meantime was very good and quality is outstanding.
