Best customer service I have had anywhere. The owner spent 20 minutes on the phone helping me making suggestions and helping to pick the best hat. The finished product is super. Cannot over emphasize the personal nature of the help I received. Definitely the best of the best.

Great service, have always been able to ask questions and have had them answered promptly. Status of the production of my hats and shipping details have always been advised and arrival here in New Zealand eagerly awaited. Five days from shipping to delivery has been the best so far. I am no oil painting to look at but the hats help and always attract attention when people realise that it doesn't look like some fake out of China.

In terms of this order - it was all good. The thing I couldn't figure out was how to change a hatband. Would have liked to have the flexibility to have one or two others, but it seemed to be too difficult and potentially destructive to remove and install another.
