Do not order anything that needs to be refrigerated. My order arrived warm and in bad condition. They said they were not responsible because I sent the email two hours after I received the box. (the box was traveling for five days as if two hours can make any difference)

I ordered alfajores and I am very satisfied. The delivery time is reasonable and they are fresh and very good.

They’ve given me a mate with defects and are unwilling to help me, saying that “there are variations”, a variation is not one with defects. Not recommended.

I placed an order of over 200 dollars. After two weeks of waiting, they sent me an email saying that some of the products were unavailable and that they would refund me. It has now been two months, and I still haven’t received the money. There is no one to talk to either! Date of experience: 26 February 2025

PESIMO!!!
