Ordering was easy; shipping was fast, and prompt correspondence on order updates. Scooter was exactly what we were looking for.

This was a carefully planned purchase... very pleased! I am a disabled senior living in a high rise apartment downtown and this scooter is perfect for all my travels in the area...shopping, bank, restaurants, etc. The purchase process was simple and shipment was quick. Setup, by myself, was even easier. There is a big silly grin on my face when I scoot over to the park every morning with my coffee. Ah, freedom.

They have been very informative and helpful with the minimal issues we have had.

This wheelchair has allowed our family member to have autonomy safely as the wheelchair has different speed settings that allow for us to set. It has great turn, is comfortable and easily portable. The wheelchair came quickly once ordered. I would recommend this wheelchair to anyone.

My overall experience with The Paiseec Mobility scooter has been excellent. I’ve had it for a little over a week now, and I’m planning to use it for traveling. I’ve tried it out for local errands, and it’s quite easy to transport. The controls are intuitive, and it’s pretty straightforward to use.

Bought this for my teen daughter that has some mobility issues. She loves the color and we both love how easy it is to fold up and store out of the way. It is a little heavier than I was expecting but still very manageable to get in and out of the back of my SUV. I do wish it came with a travel bag that fit the seat nicely. That would make it travel much easier on a plane or even in the car. We haven't tried it out for a long yet, but will be soon and can't wait to see how it does. We did buy an extra battery for those really long days.

I love the sleek look of my scooter. It steers easily and gives a smooth ride. I appreciate the headlights and the great horn. I was pleased to have the extra envelope bag that slips over the back seat. Even though I have a basket I find it helpful. Delivered promptly with care.
