Took an entire month to get here was past for Christmas when it said at most two weeks and the refused to refund any of it including just the shipping. The painting was fine customer service and shipping was not

There is absolutely no customer service available. Took 6+ weeks to get my order. Picture colours do NOT look realistic at all

Everything arrived as expected and was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this outfit. David Del Chiaro

I love my paint by number. The one I chose is so different and colourful. Paints so smooth and brushes were perfect even for intricate areas. For my specific project there were a lot of light yellow areas and the black outlines were almost impossible to cover. Also maybe a picture of the final product could have been included...had to go online to print the original one. All and all I would recommend this company.

I ordered something for my mom on Dec. 1st and she has yet to receive it. I keep emailing you but have not had a response. Any help would be appreciated!

We were a little disappointed that a reference picture of the finished product wasn't included.

I Was told “Express Shipping” and 7-14 business days. It was 25+ business days. They have a terrible tracking service. The one on the site only gives you “arrived” “departed” and the link to the third party tracking site on there website is all in Chinese, and if you email them asking about tracking they give you a whole different website also all in Chinese. Once it made it to america i stopped getting any and all updates on my package.

It’s been weeks and I haven’t received my package yet, this was supposed to be for the vacation days. The tracking information provided is just useless. Such bad customer service.
