I never received my package

Seriously where is my order smh. they even stopped responding through emails ordered on December 1st now January 1st nothing.

My custom painting came out amazing! The details were perfect and it made an incredible Christmas present.

Still have not received the painting or a reply from my email regarding a status of when I will expect to receive it.

I ordered this gift at the first of December and still have not received it! So I would not ever recommend your product to anyone

Never received my item. Unfortunately they won’t give me a refund either. They refuse to work with the carrier and file a claim, even though ChinaPost requires it. Now I have to get my bank involved or something to fix this, what a mess. They also claim they ship within 1 business day and didn’t. They claim they ship express but they don’t. This is the worst experience.

This website is a complete scam. I ordered a $60 paint by numbers Dec 2 with a promise that it would ship in 7-14 days but it’s December 30 and I still haven’t gotten it. Like others, it showed the package coming from China, landing at LAX, and then going back to China. When I emailed them they completely denied that my order number was from them and said I must have ordered through another website. The number listed for the company on the credit card charge says they no longer take calls. Save yourself the trouble of disputing the charge and don’t order from them.
