1/5/22. I ordered my daughter a kit December 6th. (because they were a stateside company.....) (I even tipped $5!) I'm one of the lucky ones, in that it's made it to MD on it's way to DC. I'm one of the unlucky ones, because it hasn't moved from MD since December 31st. I'm so sad and frustrated. The website is unfortunately very deceiving. PS I just tried to call the number on their website. I got a recorded message saying they can no longer accept phone calls and to email them. UGH! *1/9/22 The company finally emailed me back with updated tracking and apologized for delays due to the holidays (take it with a grain of salt) In any case, my daughter actually received it yesterday and was super excited. The quality looked good, but she hasn't tried it yet.

Delivery took a long time and the communication about where my package was or when it might arrive wasn't great. The custom made product comes from China. I ordered on 11/30/21 and it arrived on 1/4/22. If you order, don't expect it to come quickly.

They over promised delivery & I still haven't received it. 2 1/2 weeks late at this point...

It is an absolute shame and disappointment. Made an order a month ago as the company stated that they would deliver the ordered product within two weeks. I still have not received anything, so my comment is only on the company not fulfilling its promise. There was no Christmas present, no surprise to my family, other than the company might be a scam... Extremely disappointed...

Product was not actually received. I ordered well in time Christmas and I never received the item even though it shows as delivered. I reached out to customer service with no response. I may need to make a claim with my credit card company. :(

Order took over a month to recieve. Horrible communication with company. The website says they are American based, my shipment was in China, Korea, and Japan. Do not use this service.

I ordered 3 Paint by numbers on Dec 2. It said 10-14 days. Have not received anything yet. Have not received and communication from this company. I have my bank checking on the company and if they are legit or honorable.

It’s been a MONTH since I placed my order and it still has not arrived! I’ve asked for a refund MULTIPLE times and have yet to receive one. Website states 100% money back guarantee!! Will NEVER use this site again!
