The photo I sent in was for a beautiful Cape Code ocean view at sunset and with the 36 color option I believed that it would look similar enough to the original that you could make out what it was. The photo, once rendered into the system, seemed to be darker, which led to the actual painting to look like a monotone blob instead of the variance of colors I thought would be there. This could be my own fault as I did not purchase the 48 color version but I had believed that the 36 would’ve at least been serviceable for the price. I think I will be looking elsewhere for another painting in the future and am hoping for a possible refund on the order.

I ordered a Custom Paint by #’s Kit - 40x50cm / 48 colors. The #’s were so close together in several areas, that they were on top of each other & I couldn’t make out which #’s were which, so I wasn’t sure what color several areas were supposed to be painted. Countless areas had sections to paint that were so microscopic, you couldn’t get their smallest paintbrush in the area. I wish they had told me for the size I purchased, I either needed to do less colors (24 or 36), or needed to order a larger canvas if I wanted to do 48 colors. I ended up throwing it in the trash.

I was looking forward to this custom kit — I uploaded my own photo — but I’m really disappointed with the result. For the price I paid, I genuinely expected a decent level of detail, and what I got is far below that. The biggest problem is the face. Where the eye should be, there’s just a solid black patch with a single white dot in it. No eyeball, no iris, no shape — nothing. Just black with a white dot. You honestly cannot tell it’s an eye. The colors are also noticeably different from my original photo. Your kits only come in one detail level, with no option to choose more colors or higher detail for custom portraits. Other custom paint-by-numbers shops offer 36 or 48 color upgrades specifically because faces need that level of detail to look right. For a personalized portrait at this price, the result should at least clearly resemble the reference photo I uploaded

Ordered in December. No response to any emails about where it is. Complete scam.

I would not recommend ordering from this company! I ordered my kit on 1/8/26 and it hasn’t been delivered and I cannot get any tracking updates. The communication from customer service is horrible. It is not worth the risk ordering from them. I’ve requested a refund and they refuse. Seems like a scam

Although it arrived a little later than expected (ordered Dec 6 and arrived Dec 27), the kit arrived with everything advertised. It has 36 colors as ordered and paint brushes and the right size but we were very disappointed because the company way over exposed the image I sent. The background was blown out and the greens were black. We're very unsatisfied.

Do not order from this company they are a scam. Not a Uk company and order did not arrive for 17 days which was too late.

I ordered this Dec 10, got a notification it shipped Dec 12. I haven't heard from it since (over a month later). I reached out to customer support and didn't not receive a follow up. If I could give zero stars I would. Will likely do a charge back on the card. Incredibly disappointing. This apparently ships from China and the customer support is virtually useless. I'd assume a couple weeks to get here from overseas, but they use a third party tracking website that provides zero update other than "this order was processed on Dec. 12"
