Bought a painted bumper for my 2010 Camaro and the color is completely off. Not even remotely close. Nobody will respond to emails nor pickup a phone. So I guess I’m stuck with a bumper that don’t even match the color they were given as per a request for my color code. Car only has 20,000 miles on it and barley sees sun and the color is so far off it’s not even funny.

WARNING!!! I bought a hood for my son's car and it came about 2 month later. The box seemed perfectly fine, however, the car piece was all dented and in very bad condition. It was even worse than the piece that I needed to replace in my son's car!. I called them and spoke to them 2 times and they told me they were going to discuss the issue and call me back with a solution, which they never did. I also wrote multiple emails and they only replied to one of my emails saying that they were studying my case and they would reply with a solution, never did! I kept calling and emailing and no one ever responded. THIS IS A SCAM. This company lacks of professional people. It seems that they took my money and they don't care about customer service and just kept MY money ($700) . I read at least one more review with the exact same complaint. I wish I had read the awful reviews they had before I purchased from this unreliable company. My only hope now is to help someone out there to keep their money safe and not to give away to this people.

I was never able to place an order with this company, and it's a good thing because I'm pretty certain this is a scam site. I had a simple question for them and used their chat tool since nobody would answer the phone. The only response on the chat was that nobody was available and they would follow up via email if I enter my email address. I never got an email follow up, but suddenly I started getting a bunch of new spam emails. Originally I had thought this site might be legit because I read a few reviews that were actually positive, but it turns out there are far more negative. Their pricing is tempting, but too good to be true it seems... Even if this business is legit, which I highly doubt, I still wouldn't want to do business with them because I found it impossible to get in touch with them through phone, chat, or email. Imagine if you have a problem with your order. You'll never be able to get it resolved...

I ordered a bumper and two fenders. While it took about 4 weeks to ship, when they arrived the parts were great. The color was a perfect match and great fit. I was able to replace these parts myself which saved a lot of money compared to what the body shop was going to charge.

Do not put your payment info on this site!!! My info was stolen and this is not a valid website. WARNING DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!

I ordered a prepainted fender that took approx. one month to deliver via USPS. Fender was shipped in bubble wrap and pieces of cardboard and was damaged. Tried contacting painted auto parts via email, phone and claim section on the web site without any response.

On 8/24/2023 I ordered a "GM TRUCKS & VANS HHR FRONT BUMPER GRILLE(MESH)(SS MDL)(2.0L TURBO) OEM#25809884 2008-2010 PL#GM1036132" because Painted Auto Body Parts website said the part was "In Stock". Today, 8/28/2023 I received the following information in an email from this company: "Thank you for your recent order #xxxxx with Auto Body Parts. Unfortunately, the part you ordered is out of stock and must be cancelled." I just did a parts-search on their website and it still shows that part is "In Stock". Also, the order # they provided in their cancellation email does not match the order # originally assigned. Given the other 1-star reviews on your website I wonder if they're phishing for information to sell to other companies. I'm going to watch for any indications that this might be the case.

Waited five weeks for a stupid bumper cover for my Altima. They use some lame freight service. The bumper is 10 miles from my house and I have to wait days to schedule my appointment. Run away. Just rattlecan it.
