PaintVibe.com - Paint By NumbersReviews of paintbynumbers.shop

I was very pleased with the kit I ordered. It included small but very useful items including hanging hooks, a spirit level, a clear lacquer (?) to finish the painting with, and an extra copy in paper of the colored image and the numbered image. It was so useful!! This is a complete step above any other cheap paint kit I've ever had. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it did take about a month to arrive. However I did order at the start of the pandemic, so I'm not surprised if there were delays in the shipping system.

My order seemed to be in limbo for a few weeks. I contacted your support and by the next day, my package was on the move and en route to me!! I even got it the day before tracking said I would. Will buy from you again !!!

The materials are good and am very excited to work on it. There was a huge delay with the delivery due to the pandemic, good thing the staff is responsive with my follow up.

Very responsive to question and products arrived quickly and were great.

Yay! I finally got my paintings! I ordered four paintings and they took about two months to get here. If I had not ordered several paintings from this shop before, I would have quickly canceled my order, but I waited. I realized COVID-19 had surely affected all businesses including this one, but that was a long wait. I did send a message and got a quick response back saying that my paintings were out of stock but would be “on the next shipment.” But, I had no idea when that would be. I was about to give up and sent them a scathing message asking for an update or I would cancel my order. Not 10 minutes later the doorbell rang and there were my paintings! I quickly messaged them back and told them I had received them. I’m giving them 4/5 stars not because they took so long, I understand that. I do think that the communication could have been a lot better. I never received any indication that my order had shipped. On the day I received them, I checked my account on their website and it said, “Unfulfilled” and it still says that.” So, I would definitely ask for better communication. Otherwise, I’m thrilled as always with my order!

Everything went as expected, got my parcel in couple of weeks. Very high quality products compared to some other similar shops. My emails were answered quickly as well. Money well spent, recommendations.

Jackie was kind enough to reply to my email and informed me that I was scammed by another company named originalpaintbynumbers So thank you Jackie for taking the time to sort it all for me! Unbelievable how there are people taking advantage in times like these!

I put 4 stars just because of the delay of the shipping, that is not due to Paint by numbers, but to the pandemic situation that is slowing down all the worldwide shipments. A part from this, they have a very kind customer service and most of all the paintings are awesome and I appreciate the fact that they already have the frame on (I did not find any other website that offer this) and the full set that you need in order to complete your painting. I would recommend it!
