Jackie at Paint By Numbers got back to me within a couple of days to help me out with discount codes. I appreciated the prompt reply. Also the quality of the product was far superior to any other company I have ordered from. The packaging was not damaged in any way, nor was the product and it was delivered in an appropriate amount of time, unlike other companies I have ordered from. Very good product and I would order again. I believe the quality and service reflects the price point fairly.

My experience with Paint By Numbers was great! It sounds like they have companies pretending to be them, making it easy to be scammed. They handled the situation in such a professional, kind manner! With everything happening with COVID and having to deal with scammers on top of it, they are doing great! Highly recommend.

Thankyou for my painting, nearly finished it, will be ordering from you again 👍😊

Love love love. I am onto painting my 5th paint by numbers from these guys. They are amazing. Fast shipping. Excellent service. The finished paintings look amazing. I will always order from these guys. Thank you.

So much fun! I love elephants so this was an easy pick! I spent 10-15 hrs painting and now it’s hanging in my wall!

Lots of beautiful choices of kits. Great, friendly and prompt Customer Service!

Hello Paint by Numbers Shop, I discovered your paint by numbers back in March when the world was looking for more activities to do during a pandemic shutdown. The "Curious Owl" was my first pic and despite it taking slightly longer in the mail because apparently every one was ordering stuff in the mail, it was definitely worth the wait. I liked that for what I paid, I got a canvas mounted painting, all the paints, multiple paint brushes, clear coat and all the mounting tools I would need to hang it on the wall. The design itself is one of the best qualities I've seen offered in a paint by number format and have actually recommended you to any one who asks. Many of my friends and family couldn't believe it was actually a paint by number. A few of my friends have even purchased their own kits and are enjoying the peaceful time. I have also ordered 2 more after my owl, the "Turtle Family" one is currently hanging in my kitchen and the "Jungle Friends" has yet to be painted and will eventually be a birthday present for my niece. Thank you for all the wonderful projects! I highly recommend this company.

This company is not the one who scam people, I received mine within 2 weeks and it’s exactly as described!
