Far Beyond My Expectations 10/10
I cannot begin to express how incredible my Pack Up + Go experience was. I went in feeling a little uncertain despite all the reviews; people can pay for reviews after all, who knows what is true on the Internet! But I was absolutely blown away. I was one of the individuals who did wait until I got to the airport to open my envelope, and they NAILED it. Based on my main interests (I even told them I like horror/haunted things and they squeezed that in!), my schedule they gave was amazing. The hotel I stayed in was right in the middle of the action and made me feel safe and secure. I was so impressed by the amount of information and referrals I was given. And when my flight got delayed, I was reached out to immediately and booked for another flight based on my needs. I hope to do one of these trips annually at this point!

We definitely have to pat our customer service team on the back because we pride ourselves on their communication. But we can't take credit for everything, having that Peace of Mind assurance definitely made your flight changes a lot easier!
