My friend and her boyfriend recently broke up so I decided to send her a care package. I was looking for a place where I could customize what I sent and Package Penguin was THAT place. I sent her some of her favorite snacks. I also sent her some condoms, gum, Listerine breath strips, and a fidget spinner. Ya know, just a few necessities. I definitely would recommend Package Penguin to my friends and I would 100% use again.

It was extremely difficult to have my order go through. When it was received at Colorado State University, it was delivered to the wrong dorm. The note that I had included was not in the package. My niece contacted me to see if, in fact, I had sent it to her.

Hi Ann, Thank you for reaching out and leaving us a review. I am very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with our service. In regards to the package being delivered to the wrong dorm, we do not have control of packages once they arrive at a college. The package was sent with the exact address you provided. The note was included with your package, though it is possible that it fell to the bottom of the box. Our notes are fastened via velcro to the inside flaps of the box, so a rough trip through the mail can make it fall.
