Hi Ann, Thank you for reaching out and leaving us a review. I am very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with our service. In regards to the package being delivered to the wrong dorm, we do not have control of packages once they arrive at a college. The package was sent with the exact address you provided. The note was included with your package, though it is possible that it fell to the bottom of the box. Our notes are fastened via velcro to the inside flaps of the box, so a rough trip through the mail can make it fall.
