Shipping of this has been a nightmare. From long processing times to the package being redirected to a FEDEX office with no way to change who is picking up. Makes it hard to have package picked up when it is a care package for a hospital patient.

Recipient never recieved package and customer service refused to give me a refund. Jet is a cheaper and more reliable alternative.

You verified this over the phone and the tracking information indicates the same. You contacted us 4 months after the order was placed to notify us of the issue and request a full refund. We cannot acknowledge this refund as it is well outside our refund policy time-frame and we cannot accept responsibility for being provided incorrect information. Package did not arrive. Order was placed on Oct27, shipping info said it should arrive 2-4 business days. It's still In Transit as of Nov3. Package is meant to be Halloween treat for my son in college. Really disappointed.

My partner never received their package. I emailed them multiple times, no answer. I called them, no answer. I demanded a refund and still NO ANSWER

The tracking information indicates this package has been delivered as well. I am not ignoring you, I simply have had no way to contact you. Many times a package can be delivered to a mail room and confirmed "delivered" by the postal service, however the package still needs to be sorted and distributed.
