Hi Dee, Thank you very much for your recent order. I apologize for any confusion caused during the delivery process. Many times a package can be delivered to a mail room and confirmed "delivered" by the postal service, however the package still needs to be sorted and distributed. Nevertheless, I am happy your package was delivered soon after. We hope to see you again! Sincerely, Paul

I am recommending Package Penguin to everyone I know! I was looking for a care package to send to my freshman college student before his final exams. Most pre-made packages came with many items that he doesn't like. I loved that I could pick the items and the quantity of all his favorite things. The package was delivered quickly and was much more reasonable than many other vendors. He absolutely loved his care package!!! Thank you Package Penguin!

When I wanted my package delayed in order to arrive on a work day to my boyfriend, I had fantastic customer service support from Paul Harnish! He was quick with responding to my request and made me feel like the package would get to where it needed to be, on the right day! Thank you so much for helping me make the package a perfect gift for my boyfriend, he absolutely loved it and now has plenty of snacks in the office for the rest of the year! I value great customer service and I got it from you all! Thank you!

I just want to start off by saying how impressed I am with this company. I sent a care package to my girlfriend for finals and she literally flipped out, she was so excited. The Package Penguin customer service was outstanding, and delivery time was equally as impressive... the package even arrived early! I will definitely be buying from this company again, and I cannot say enough great things about what they are doing!
