Service has decreased
Service has decreased. Things are a mess during what seems like unneeded construction with limited services. Lili does a great job of communicating, but no one else does so. Julia is very nice, but seems a little clueless when you ask her a question.

We realize construction is always a challenge, but we plan on a short timeline (3 weeks from start to finish), and the end result should be a modernized workspace for our members to enjoy. Julia is a new manager and is still adjusting to her role, but your feedback helps us to make sure she’s up to speed with everything as soon as possible. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and will do our best to ensure things run as efficiently as possible.

Location and local people great, but...
Location and local personnel are fine. Website has recently, if very much too late, gone from utterly unusable to barely satisfactory. Accompanying that change, however, is its generation of silly and annoying emails; e.g., reminders of a booking sent 5 minutes before it commences, thank-yous, confirmations that you didn't order amenities.

Thanks for the feedback Peter. We recently switched to a new member portal and meeting room booking system that integrates with billing and invoicing. Our hope is that our integrated solution will make things easier and seamless for members, but I can certainly pass along your feedback about too many email reminders to our development team. Definitely recommended
The Reno Pacific Workplace was clean and its employees were friendly. The internet was plenty fast and consistent for all-day Zoom meetings. I definitely recommend this workspace.

Beth and staff are awesome!
Beth and staff are awesome! I love that Apple occupies top floor, which provides an atmosphere of true Silicon Valley business. The offices and conference rooms are modern and have unique apple themed names.

The workers here are inviting.
The workers here are inviting and knowledgeable. First day setup was easy. To me the work environment is similar to studying at my college library. Fantastic place to work from.
