It's all about Nai and Heile, the on-site managers. It's a beautiful, professional space that everyone wants to come to and spend time in, but Nai and Heile are the friendly faces and helpful attitudes that set Pacific apart. Probably should mention the awesome beverage service. Starbucks (real cream) Pumpkin Spice Creamer!

I booked two separate rooms recently to meet a client. I chose a larger room because of social distancing. When we arrived, the room was ready for us. It was disinfected and clean that put my client and me at ease during the meeting. The receptionist Pamela and manager Lauren are both professional and extremely helpful. I am glad that I have chosen Pacific Workplaces in Pleasant Hill, a safe place to conduct my business!

We were looking to restructure due to Covid -19. Bryan and the team at Pacific were absolutely outstanding making our transition smooth and efficient. Even small requests were quickly taken care of. We enjoy our new office a lot! Philip

Nice open space and close parking. The restroom is clean and there is a little snack vendor right outside for refreshment. Internet connection is reliable. Great place if you need to concentrate and get things done.

I was very disappointed how Pacific Workplaces reduced their hours during Covid Shutdown, without reduction in fees or any effort to remedy the impact of reduce hours! You continued to charge a Full Fee as if that reduction of service was NOT impacting access to the Site! That was very poor form. Your reduced hours caused disruption and your management was blind to the impact to small business like ours. The least you could have done was to set up email notification if we had gotten Post and Deliveries for all clients, so we can plan around the reduced hours! Instead of offering more during crisis, you offered less and continued to charge a full fee for the reduced service!

Thanks for your candid feedback and we regret your experience was unsatisfactory during the Covid shutdown. We took the following steps in order to reduce the impact of the mandatory closure to our members: 1) Provided one staff member (up to 2 hours each day) to receive, sort, scan, and forward mail according to the level of service requested by the member 2) Continued live answering services without interruption 3) Contacted members when they received a delivery, and allowed members to call in to inquire about mail without charging any fees 4) Stayed in contact with members via email throughout the shelter in place mandate, and sent out communication to all members when conditions or policies changed The steps above were in effort to ensure members did not experience any disruption to mail and answering services. Please let us know if there is a specific incident that occurred with regard to your mail or phone services during the Covid shutdown so that we can better serve you in the future.

Very helpful staff, great location, parking right next to the building, reasonable prices, awesome wi-fi. We made the same day reservation without any problem.
