Major privacy issues
There weren't explanation options on this survey so I simply chose a button. I felt secure initially when I walked into the building to sign in. The guard took down my information and kindly used his pass to grant me access to my floor. I saw the office space as soon as I got off the elevator. The restroom was easy to find. I walked into check-in for my appointment, but no identification was needed. I noticed there was a large board room that was set up with cameras and audio equipment. It was rather intimidating. I didn't think I had much privacy moving forward due to that room having clear glass and no door. I was seen by a room full of people. I think they were listening in and out of the room possibly recording them. I was shown into my office space, which was very nice. The assistant told me how to use the phone to get in contact with her. However, the speakerphone had been left on, to my shock at the end of my meeting. I was aggravated, to say the least. I could not connect to the internet so I opted for recording on my cell phone. I asked the assistant if my meeting was being played over the loudspeaker. She said no and tried to repeat the same situation on her phone. I think they record everything that's done in our private workstations.

Hi China, Privacy is important in our space, particularly with our private offices, so I regret your uncomfortable experience. If it's alright, I would like to reach out to you to get more details such as specific location so that I can escalate this further and ensure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our sincere apologies for any frustration this has caused.
