Trash I am so disappointed I used a no deposit bonus code played the free spins won so much played the play thru and was at over $200 and when it was all said n done was left with $50 my real money they remainder of the play thru n them taking another almost $200 leaving me $50 cool that's mine right bonus spins completed n done so I was gonna cash out the $50 but my verification photos were to blurry or something was off whatever the case I sent like 5+ photos n got frustrated n decided imma play a bit it's my money my winnings... So I hit a grand $1000 played a little more got up to $1296 wanted to cash out verified my identity all that all the while it's saying real balance not play thru not bonus like it did the first time during the free spins winning this time it was real money the whole way so I do the withdrawal for $1200 leaving me $96 to play still lets me add the bit coin address which the first time it did none of this it automatically dropped to $50 when the play thru was completed n now I log in it says $50 I message the chat n this ass is telling me it's the bonus I only get $50 because I didn't drop below $1 prior to hitting the grand that the bonus coupon doesn't end til I drop under $1 if that isn't the biggest scam I ever heard in my life if they don't correct this and honor my cash out n pay me the money I rightfully won this casino is a straight rip off stealing all of our winnings over n over again that's fraud theft or something I'm sure this is wrong on so many levels I followed all they play thru n they took my money twice! About as bad as play to earn games sit for hours playing through the amount you have to in order to withdraw then got it up over 50$ and tried to withdraw surprise more hoops this is crap and these places use scams as a excuse when there the scammers. If someone plays from the same place and device for hours then it's common sense that's the person who opened the account and because of weather I was really needing the money but no they want to verify which shouldn't take a second so I sent in pic of my id and put all the information in and still nothing and if what these others are saying are true that you have to make a deposit then I'm going to report this place because they don't say anything about any of this when you're wasting time playing on the site I bet if you want to put money in the game then it's instant but if you win from there bonus oh no you're not getting squat stay far away unless you just want to spend time jumping through hoops to get money you need that they legally owe you just go to a real casino. Won 100 bucks off free spins. Went to withdraw and had a few issues, first I kept getting the need to login pop up, which I was and I could play and it would take my money, it would let me start a deposit, I could see my comp points but soon as I went to withdraw tab, it would say I was not logged in. Tried to use chat support that they say is live 24/7, yet for two days strait I’ve got nothing but “spinsbot” auto replies asking me to email. So I did. They said my account looked fine, I sent a screen recording of my issues. They asked me to verify my account, I submitted the documents for that via the site and also emailed to banking@pacificspins as well. Hopefully this don’t take too long. don't not give this casino your money. they took $600 of my winnings when I went to with drawl. I didn't use any bonus just winnings from my deposit then they blocked me from being able to log in. they have never said a word about it or about blocking my login
