Pacific spins had slowly become my favorite casino at one time with good offers and complementary customer service. Yes I was losing a lot for over a year and I had move up to vip status. Come may I finally win 700 👏then in June 800 and then 2500. I was excited and thought since I was a so called vip and valued customer that maybe now they would even offer me more perks. After my withdrawal I realized my vip level was stripped and now I no longer can use promotion coupons. WOW so now since I win you treat me like shit and I had spent thousands of dollars with you. That was 3 months ago and I still haven’t been given any appreciation or anything. Goes to show they don’t care about their true loyal customers. As soon as you win they will you will no longer get treated like everyone else. I wouldn’t spend a dollar on this site. That’s not how you treat a customer after they win. Just thought I’d share my 2 cents and hopefully steer any real customer from giving this casino a dollar.
