Would be 5 stars if had been sent the cue in weight ordered. Would be 5 stars and a raving review if when asked about getting cue I ordered reduced in weight further instead of just telling me it wasn't possible with that stick they had offered a stick that could be reduced to 17oz, or another butt that is compatible with shaft ordered that could be reduced in weight.

Great stick loved it the only problem I have with it is the tip I don't know what type of tip it is ,its softer than I thought probably a medium soft.I played it a few times and the tip kinda mushroom up and I had to sand the edges already but other than that it's a great stick and hit really good. .

Order was a tad slow but once it arrived, all items were as described and no issues. Great customer support via the online chat module. This is the only company to my knowledge that has the option of monogramming your stick which is a nice touch.

I bought a nice looking cue (black/red) but I got a black/black (very dark red) cue. Not what I was looking for and not what was shown in the pictures. So I wrote a review but they did not publish it. Very disappointed!

I just ordered a pool table cover with the Bronco emblem on it. After ordering it I started to think about if it would arrive in time for Christmas. I talked to Hally from Ozone Billiards and she told me it would not make it. She suggested canceling the order and reorder using the faster service. I did this but there was no option for this service. I got back with Hally and she took care of everything at no added charge. I ordered this on Tuesday Dec. 19th. and it is on my table today the 22nd. Thanks Hally for the outstanding customer service.

Really glad I can post my experience here since when i tried to leave feedback on their website they deleted it. I ordered some pool table felt from them and the felt was great. looks awesome and has held up really well. But I had a pretty bad experience with customer service. I paid 20% EXTRA for faster shipping so that I would get the product in time for the deadline I was on. unfortunately it took 3 days for them to deliver the item to the shipping service and it never had a chance to make it to me in time after that . I tried contacting customer service twice but they lied saying the the shipping I had selected usually took 5-7 business days and I would have needed to use their $40+ option to get it when I wanted it. I responded with the posted shipping speeds from USPS website and then they wouldn't talk to me anymore. really dishonest, almost funny how blatantly they lied to me. the products they carry are great. but customer service is BAD and the fact that they censor their reviews just makes it worse

Name: Quick-Clean Micro Fiber Wiper that was leaving fiber all over the felt on my pool table. I was told that I would receive a new Quick-Clean Micro Fiber Wiper that had been tested and a shipping label to return the items if I wasn't satisfied. As of yet I have not received anything.
