Shipped quickly... my boyfriend loved his cue and the engraving looked awesome

I love my new pool stick!!!

shipment was quite on time. since the delivery is around new year, i did expect some delay. but it's fine. cue is awesome, really smooth, no quality problem, everything works fine. Been practicing with it for weeks now, I can feel i'm improving every day. Great service, worth the price!

Was my first order and cue arrived nicely packaged and looked great. I paid for upgraded tip, after only 3hr of play the tip popped completely off. I was less than impressed I've got cues that are 20yr old never had tip pop off. Called customer service was told it happens often and they would mail me a replacement or I can send the cue back. Probably won't be ordering from them again in the future.

My table finally arrived. The pockets are brown Brunswick instead of stock ozone pockets???? Also one on my stools was slightly damaged on my pub table. White glove Installer was very good

Everything was good
