Received my pool cue in a timely manner and it was packaged very well. Thank you.

I have to give this at least one star so I could write a review or I wouldn’t haven’t given it any. This place is a joke. I ordered a sneaky cue, and added a different tip for an extra fee. A WEEK goes by with no info on my order at all. So I call and they said that the tip I ordered was out of stock. WHAT!? So I asked why I wasn’t notified sooner and their answer was, “we aren’t really sure”. So they said they would refund the money for the tip I wanted since apparently you can order things that are out of stock, and would have my shipping upgraded so it would get to me within the next two days. So two days goes by and still no cue, and I check where it’s at. It was shipped, but the shipping upgrade didn’t happen and it ended up being another weeks and a half until it was going to be delivered. I tried to call but the phone just rang. I will NEVER order anything from this place again. Terrible.

My son loves his Pool stick I believe this is the second or third one he has gotten from you

excellent customer service and fast shipment

I bought this pool stick for my son, it's a wonderful stick, he absolutely loves it!! The engraving looks great and so does the embroidery on the case!! Thanks so much.

My son was so excited when he received the pool cue and couldn't wait to use it. The fact it had his favorite football team made the whole experience even better. Thinking of getting one for myself. Can you accommodate the Golden State Warriors?

They were excellent and fast with great communication!
