I love the color and look of pockets on my newly refinished pool table. Downside was the aweful smell of them. Not sure if its the stain or what but it took a couple of weeks to get down to tolerable. Leather was very stiff and looked like they had been in storage a long time. Shipping was fast as always.

I bought a "NEW" break cue from Ozone Billiards. I used the cue to break a few times before deciding that I liked it and would keep it. I then removed the cellophane and the sku tag wrapped around the bottom of the cue. Under it was a gash or pretty good nick in the finish revealing the wood beneath. Nothing major but still this was supposedly a brand new stick. Its my belief that they sent me a used bottom half with a new shaft. I have used it once and there are far too many blemishes, nicks, scratches, etc. for this to have been a new cue. I offered to accept a discount or a replacement in my email and waited 24 hours. Nothing. I called and left a message the next day and.... nothing! Emailed salesATozonebilliards.com and NOTHING! Still not a single response from this company after a few days now. At this point I wouldn't order from them again even if they were to send me a brand new cue for free!

The product came out nice and the customer service team was good at communicating and helpful. The problem I had was my item shipping out in time. I mentioned several times I needed my item by Monday Jan 6th a week in advance and it was said it would go out Thursday Jan 2 and then Friday Jan 3rd. My item did not go out until Monday Jan 6th. The event I needed the item for open Tuesday Morning. Other then that my experience was decent.
