I ordered a cue. Everything went well. Got the order confirmation. Next day got an email saying my cart is about to expire. Didn't get any link to track the shipping. Checked my bank account 4 days later now from purchase and my money is back in my account. I'm thankful I got my money back but I will not order from this sketchy website again. Thankyou very much

Place an order online got a confirmation, the next day I got a note that they rejected my order and no confirmation on why that is, no reaching out to me. Just orders closed out can't get my products. So I guess I'll just shop at billiards factory instead

Received my McDermot Star Cue stick. It was lovely. Played on it for 3 days and the tip popped off — note I had opted for an optional tip change to Kamui. Otherwise everything else has been good.

The “embroidery” that took extra time was just painted on with a stencil and crooked at that. Kind of dissatisfied as I was expecting actual stitched embroidery of the name. Other than that, I received what I ordered.
