I received my Predator bag quickly and in great packaging shape.

Second time ordering from Ozone Billiards, excellent as always. Shipping/delivery speedy and on time. The pool cues are secured, great deals. Can't go wrong ordering from here.

Item was delivered in standard cardboard box. The box was left outside of the home, in the rain. The box was soaking wet. I immediately took the item inside, removed it from the box, and fortunately the item appeared to be completely dry. While this is not Ozone Billiards fault as they did not deliver the item, it would have been nice to see the contents wrapped in plastic to prevent moisture from getting into the felt. I got lucky but I dropped my review to three stars for less than ideal packaging.

Got nice cues, fast delivery, and good prices. The bad, I ordered my daughter a cue, it came with the wrong extension. She was also supposed to receive the cue tip cube, but it wasn't in the package.

Cue is better than expected, like always. Great customer service and products. Shipping was very quick and I will continue to use ozone for all my billiard needs/wants.

i originally thought this was an easy transaction...I purchased the Harley Davidson Electronic Dartboard, I paid for the 2-3 day shipping and I literally had my merchandise in 3 days from time of order...great right! Well, my purchase was for my husband's birthday. He opened it and was instantly in love. he pushed some buttons heard it roar like a motorcycle...we were thrilled. a couple of weeks passed and we played it for the first time...and again...every thing went great...it worked perfectly. We played like 4 rounds of 301 with 2 players. We turned the machine off. Then 2 weekends ago we went to play again...and nothing...no power, no nohting. I thought that's weird it was just working and it is brand new. I verified my outlet was working and even plugged other things in the outlet and they came on...but not the dartboard. I have been trying to get in to contact with the company for a few days now and the only response i got was an email to my first email....however what I received back was a thank you automated email. I am just no pleased with the level of customer service I have recevied with this company. I thought were great at first, but now that I need to return something that has literally worked once, I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone. So maybe by sending a poor review I will get someone's attention. Fingers crossed. I would even be happy with a store credit, but the dart board..i do not want another one and would not recommend this board...just because it says Harley on it does not mean it is of quality. It is not a motorcycle, it is a plastic dartboard that I paid $180.00 for plus the $22 for shipping. so I am not happy right now...and I just want someone to get in touch with me to find out what we should do about this item that does not work.
