Very satisfied

The order arrived quickly, was correct and the products have all performed well. Just what I wanted. You can bet I will order more stuff from Ozone in the future.

Great cloth, especially for the price. My only issues were questions regarding installation. I was expecting there to be a sticker or some indication as to which side of the cloth was to be installed up. There is very little difference in the look and feel of the two sides of the cloth, and I actually installed my first rail cloth upside down. I emailed to see if it is possible to purchase enough cloth to redo that one section of rail, but haven't gotten a response. I would have also preferred for the rail cloth to come pre-cut, but that's not that big of a deal. Just wish there had been some indication to tell me which side of the cloth was the playing side and which was to go down on the slate.

So much selection. Fast shipping. Great prices!

Poor customer service and not helpful at all. Return policy very poor.
