One of the big peices on this one was delivered with about a 4 inch crack, but not enough for us to want to deal with shipping it back. Came with no assembly instructions and when we tried opening the "manual" that was close to matching the item we have, we were unsuccessful at opening due to the website not accepting our user name and password. Very frustrating. Had one of these (bought somewhere else) before. We liked the item enough to buy again.

I have only shot with it one night but it is very nice, solid. I got the shaft turned down to 12.25 and it is great. I love the taper as well. It hits and looks beautiful. Best cue made for under $100 imo.

So far so good. My only disappointment is my name I had engraved is smaller than I thought it was going to be but that's no biggie its a nice pool stick and shipping was fast and I will do business again.
