great service

giving a 3 because of how incredible customer service was I have no had an opportunity to call yet I used the cue it shoots great but noticed a warp my first time using it slightly upset for being a brand new cue with a warp

Bought some shims to level my table. Easy order, on-time delivery, product worked like a charm!

I've ordered multiple items from Ozone and I've never had an issue. Ozone will always be my first choice when purchasing anything billiard related.

Buying and ordering were great, the box came in damaged and beat to hell and ripped. Thankfully opened up box and everything was in great shape.

Arrived fast and well packaged
