Personally I feel like they OVERdelivered! The pool cue looked great as well as the engraving. Also, I was surprised at the quality of the hard case!

Great communication. I received a phone call a day after I ordered and was informed that part of my order was not in stock. The lady on the phone gave me options of what we could do to resolve it. My order showed up the very next day. Great customer service, communication, and very professional.

I got my Sneaky Pete pool cue from Ozone Billiards and it is without a doubt the nicest cue stick I have owned. The price was as great as the selection of cue stick available at Ozone's.

All items ordered were received and in excellent condition. A minor question with the order was quickly responded to and resolved without issue so I give a solid rating for their support. This is my 3rd order with Ozone so I am obviously happy with them.

We couldn't put the cue rack together because one of the full-length side supports was totally warped, and one cut on the other side support completely notched out an edge. Many of the joiner dowels were already broken. It should never have made it past quality control. We also ordered cone chalk and cue chalk which was shipped in a bubble-lined manilla envelope. The cone chalk was wrapped in a layer of tissue paper which certainly did not keep it from being crushed!

Quick and no problems.....
