i ordered a pool cue with custom engraving for my dad for his birthday. it came with a damaged tip and and scratches all over the area that was engraved. i contacted their customer service and they replied completely rude and not helpful at all. will not be buying from here ever again. so disappointed

The pool balls we ordered showed up damaged. The customer service agent, she was very helpful in getting the matter resolved, but I had to mail the damaged item back and wait for it to be received, then wait who knows how long to get the replacement. Meanwhile, I have to use the substandard balls on my new table. This is the only problem I have ever had with Ozone. They still are my main place to order billiard supplies. I just put in a big order this weekend and will put another one in today.
