Ozone BilliardsReviews of ozonebilliards.com

This is a very decent cue for the price. It arrived astonishingly fast, well packed and with the bonus tip shaper. It took a few uses to get used to but it improved my break so I’m happy.

I did receive everything I ordered, thank you for your service! Farrell Lambeth.

Well no complaints order was easy tracking was easy delivered on time and in great shape. Will use Ozone Billiards in the future for all my Billiard needs

Just what I needed good equipment and great Service

The stick has a great feel but the colors looked different in the online picture compared to what arrived. Mostly the white parts of the pattern. Still a good buy though.

After having a problem with my order and writing an unfavorable review I received a phone call immediately. After talking through the issues I truly believe my situation was an unfortunate perfect storm and they went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate that so much. If you have trouble please ask to speak to a manager instead of just hanging up mad. I believe they will try to make it right. Things happen sometimes but it’s all about the communication. :)

I paid about $70 for a new breaking cue, it's warped so bad it bounces.. I need to return

Great quality love the pool cue
